Refund Policy

At Air Ticket Hub, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience. Our refund policy varies based on airline, hotel, car rental, and other third-party providers' terms and conditions. By using our services, you agree to the refund terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy

  • All refunds are subject to the policies of the airline, hotel, car rental, or travel service provider. Air Ticket Hub does not determine refund eligibility but facilitates the request on your behalf.

  • Refund processing times vary depending on the service provider. Some refunds may take 7–30 business days to process.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Processing fees may apply.

2. Flight Ticket Refunds

a. Refundable vs. Non-Refundable Tickets

  • Refundable tickets: Eligible for a refund per airline policies. Cancellation fees may apply.

  • Non-refundable tickets: Generally not eligible for a refund. However, some airlines may offer credit for future travel (subject to airline terms).

b. 24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation (U.S. Only)

  • As per U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) rules, most airlines allow full refunds on tickets canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the flight is at least 7 days away.

  • This policy does not apply to last-minute bookings or certain discounted fares.

c. Flight Cancellations & Schedule Changes

  • If an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you may be eligible for a refund or rebooking at no extra charge.

  • Refunds due to airline-initiated cancellations are processed according to airline policies.

3. Hotel Booking Refunds

  • Hotel cancellations and refunds are subject to the hotel’s specific policy.

  • Some bookings may be fully refundable if canceled before the hotel's stated deadline.

  • Non-refundable bookings or last-minute cancellations may not qualify for a refund.

  • No-shows are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the hotel.

4. Car Rental Refunds

  • Cancellations made before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a refund, subject to the rental company's policy.

  • No refunds are issued for early returns, no-shows, or cancellations after pickup time.

  • Prepaid rental reservations may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees.

5. Vacation Packages & Tours

  • Refund eligibility depends on the terms of the package provider. Some components (flights, hotels, activities) may be non-refundable even if the entire package is canceled.

  • Tour refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the tour operator. Some may allow changes or offer travel credits instead of cash refunds.

6. Service Fees & Processing Charges

  • Air Ticket Hub’s service fees are non-refundable.

  • Any airline, hotel, or third-party cancellation fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refunds, if applicable, may take up to 30 business days to reflect on your original payment method.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the provider's refund policy (airline, hotel, rental car, or tour operator).

  2. Submit a refund request via our customer support:​

8. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

  • If you fail to show up for your flight, hotel stay, or car rental without canceling in advance, you may forfeit the entire booking amount.

  • Late cancellations may result in partial or no refunds, depending on the provider's policy.

9. Refund Exceptions

We are unable to process refunds in the following cases:

  • Non-refundable flight, hotel, or package bookings

  • Last-minute cancellations that do not meet the provider’s policy

  • Partially used tickets or services

  • No-shows without prior cancellation

  • Service fees charged by Air Ticket Hub

10. Changes to This Refund Policy

Air Ticket Hub reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with the revised Effective Date.
